Leadership often begins at the team leader level across a wide range of enterprise and industry contexts. Team leaders communicate effectively, ensure team performance and develop effective relationships in the workplace. Across the breadth of industry, team leaders are responsible for implementing operational plans.
Whether one is an office manager or a project leader, all good leaders require a number of soft skills and technical skills to help them positively interact with employees or team members.
Through a series of face to face workshops and developing skills on the job, participants will gain the knowledge they need to be effective managers / team leaders whilst achieving a nationally certified qualification.
