This nationally recognized skill set is for individuals who will have a leadership role in promoting innovation within the whole organisation or within a division. They may be a Manager of Research, Product Development, or a Divisional Manager.

The program consists of two certified units - Establish systems that support innovation and Build and sustain an innovative work environment. These units create a pathway to Diploma of Leadership & Management or Diploma of Business.
